High School Strength Training
Grades 9-12
This 8-week program runs approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes each day. Our program is for athletes that are ready to take their training to the next level. The goal of all of our classes is to get the athlete ready to perform in his/her sport at the highest level possible. Each class is tailored to both age and ability level. Activities will be appropriate for each athlete and will ensure your child leaves feeling challenged and happy. We know schedules are busy, so we offer 4 commitment levels and 3 times.
